While you observe all my videos on the total body training, you would see that I have completed one set with the adequate number of repetitions of the particular workout/ exercise.
Hence my first 5 videos are the workouts and the 6th video is an own time cool down exercises. If you are a beginner one complete set of all phases of my video is enough for every 2 days per week. You can gradually increase the number of repetitions as you gain strength and confidence, and number of days per week can also be increased from 3 to 5 days per week. Why I say max of 5 is at least you should rest 2 days per week.
